Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Tracked courier delivery to your street address, building, apartment, city and postal code. A signature may be requested for orders above £60.

Pickup point

Collect at a partner pickup point or parcel locker near you. The parcel is held for 7 days before it is returned to us.

Order processing

Orders placed before 14:00 (2:00 PM) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You receive a confirmation email with the order number as soon as the order is placed.

All food supplements, vitamin jars, and powder tubs are inspected for factory tamper-evident security before being enclosed in heavy-duty, climate-stable corrugated cartons. Cushioning inserts protect lids and containers from impact shock, while moisture-resistant outer wraps ensure safety against adverse weather conditions.

Tracking your parcel

Upon parcel handover to the carrier, a dispatch confirmation containing your unique tracking link is issued via email or SMS for live parcel status monitoring.

Lost or delayed parcel

If the tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We open a trace with the courier and either resend the order or refund it in full, your choice, within 10 business days of the claim.

Damaged on arrival

Inspect the parcel immediately upon arrival. If courier transit has compromised packaging or broken container seals, record photographs of the damaged carton and contact our support desk within 48 hours to arrange an expedited replacement.

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier when the parcel is handed over. No prepayment is required.

Bank transfer

Pay to our company account; the details are shown after checkout and in the confirmation email. The order ships once the payment arrives, usually within one business day.
