The goods

Quillmarthel offers packaged food supplements, sports nutrition powders, mineral complexes, and daily vitamins formulated solely to complement normal balanced diets. Product pages describe what is included, the quantity and the form. Photos are illustrative; packaging may differ slightly.

Ordering and contract

An order is placed when you complete checkout. We confirm it by email; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse an order when stock runs out or the details cannot be verified, and we refund any payment in that case.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch and offer you to confirm or cancel.

Delivery options, timeframes and costs are set out on the Delivery & Payment page. Risk passes to you when the goods are handed over.

Product images and colours

Product photos are taken of the goods we ship. Colours on your screen depend on its calibration, the browser and the light in the room; a small difference in shade is not a defect and is not a ground for a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials and contents are stated on each product page.

Transfer of risk

The goods are our responsibility until the courier hands them to you or to the person you named at the address you gave. From that moment the risk of loss or damage passes to you. Visible transport damage should be noted with the courier and reported to us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You may return goods within 30 days of delivery as described on the Returns page. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all supplements and vitamins sold are warranted to be of satisfactory quality, fit for the stated purpose of everyday dietary supplementation, and aligned with stated packaging descriptions.

• Customized or personalized dietary supplement packs prepared to individual specifications
• Perishable nutritional goods or items nearing product shelf-life expiration
• Unsealed dietary supplements, vitamins, or sports nutrition tubs where the outer or inner tamper-evident protective seal has been removed or broken, due to public health and hygiene regulations
• Supplements or nutrition goods that have been inseparably mixed with other liquids or goods after delivery
• Digital workout schedules, meal planners, or downloadable nutritional guidance manuals unsealed by the consumer

Liability

Quillmarthel Nutrition Ltd. limits total liability for any claim arising from order fulfillment or product use to £100 or the total purchase price paid for the specific order, whichever is lower. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Age and use

You must be at least 18 to place an order. Products are to be used as described on the label; they are not a substitute for medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us, it goes to the competent court of the seller's registered address, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country of residence.
