Conditions

To qualify for a refund within the 30-day window, items must remain unused, unopened, in original retail boxes, and with all inner freshness lids and external shrink-wrap seals intact.

Due to strict United Kingdom public health and biosecurity standards, any vitamin bottle, supplement tub, or nutritional sachet that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with is strictly ineligible for return or refund.

How to return an item

Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization code alongside verified return warehouse instructions
Pack products securely into suitable outer protective packaging with all factory safety seals untouched
Receive approved reimbursement via Direct Bank Transfer within 3-10 business days following safe warehouse intake and inspection

Who pays return shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay, we send a prepaid label or arrange a courier pickup. If you changed your mind, the return shipping is paid by you; we deduct nothing else.

Refund timing and method

The refund is issued within 3 business days after the item passes inspection. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to the account you name; bank-transfer orders go back to the same account. The bank usually posts it in 1-5 business days.

Exchanges

To exchange for another size, variant or product, follow the return steps and place a new order; we refund the returned item as soon as it arrives. If the exchange is due to our mistake, the new order ships at no cost.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled free of charge until it is dispatched. Write to [email protected] with the order number. After dispatch, the return procedure applies.
